The Varsity is a relatively new sports bar in LA that features vintage memorabilia, locker roomish shelving, two movie-theater-sized project screens, and a dozen HD plasmas, eight standard beer on the tap, and amazing food.
The setup is more of a VIP place but the food and drinks are reasonably priced. The place is huge and quite lovely inside with a friendly and attentive wait staff and bartenders.
